Charles Bougie is a founding partner of Kluane Partners.
Prior to Kluane Partners, Charles served as Senior Principal at the Alberta Teachers Retirement Fund (Now AIMCo) co-managing a multibillion portfolio of private equity and infrastructure investments and was a Director at BMO Capital, providing complex structured finance solutions to Canadian private companies. Charles also has experience as an investor, at Novacap, and in operations consulting. Charles was also an early investor and played an instrumental role at a successful start-up venture, Daiya, which was ultimately sold for over $US 400 million.
Charles holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.

Brock Forbes is a Senior Principal at Kluane Partners.
Prior to joining Kluane Partners, Brock was an investment banker at Eight Capital, focusing on oil and gas, agriculture, and other diversified industries. Before going to Eight Capital, he also held the position of Financial Analyst at a firm offering financial modelling & analysis for public and private enterprises in Western Canada.
Brock is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Finance with a Certificate in Economics from the University of Regina.

Arthur Poghosyan is a Principal at Kluane Partners.
Prior to joining Kluane Partners, Arthur was a Project Control Specialist at Honeywell Process Solutions before moving on to the role of Senior Accountant at Westleaf and Modus Structures. Arthur also held the positions of Senior Project Controls Specialist at the International Organization for Migration and Chief Accountant at an Armenian company.
Arthur holds an MBA from the International Academy of Ecology and Life Protection Sciences in St. Petersburg (Russia), a Chemical Engineering degree from the State Engineering University of Armenia, and a Business and Management degree from the American University of Armenia.

Prior to joining Kluane Partners, Jack worked at a Toronto-based private equity firm focused on acquiring and growing lower mid-market businesses across Canada. He was involved in deal execution, portfolio operations, and investor relations across sectors including industrial services, professional services, and pet care.
Jack holds a dual degree from Western University, earning an Honours Business Administration (HBA) from the Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting from the Alberta School of Business. He has experience across capital markets through corporate development and equity research.
Prior to joining Kluane Partners, Victor was a Corporate Development Analyst focused on M&A opportunities across the industrials and energy sectors. He also gained valuation and financial modelling experience through his work with an industry-agnostic investment fund.
